Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  

How to Start a Return

• We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
